Can I install the China vpn software on two computers?
Yes, you can install it on as many computers as you want.
BUT only one computer can use it at a time.
For example, you can install the software on your computer at home, and install it at your office as well, so that when you go from office to home, you can still connect (you need

Why is your VPN not free?
Because we have to develop the software, rent servers, manage the networks, provide support. But as you can see, it’s still cheap. 3€ a month! (almost one taxi ride)
I know free services, why should I go for your service?

Usage issues
What if china blocks your Website?
Of course, China can block any website, even this one. if you bought the vpn, you still would be able to use it, the website and the vpn are not linked.
What if china blocks your VPN service, after i paid for a year?
China never blocked a paid service that was using SSL (they blcked services using pptp though). We would then install new servers, and configure your software to use the new server... and that's it. That's also why a paid service is better, because there are pro's out there looking for your satisfaction. That's also why we ask for your emails during the checkout, so that we can contact you IF needed.
What if China blocks your service amd then there is a world war?
Ok, if China blocks our website, our vpn service, and then there is a war so we cannot install other new servers, then we would refund the rest of the money (say you used it for 6 months, so we would refund the 6 other months).
Money Issues
What makes it sure I will have the VPN software once I pay?
ok, we know. Some ecommerces online are just fake. And we had this question so many times with the chat service that is on the home page or the footer of this website, that we decided to add it to this VPN FAQ.
1) You pay with PAYPAL, and that is good news : because if we don't deliver what we claim we should deliver, then PAYPAL gives you the money back! besides, they would close our account, so we could not be able to use PAYPAL anymore. And that is exactly why we use PAYPAL, so that you know that you can have your money back.
2) What we want is that you enjoy our service, and that you tell your friends in china to use our VPN! We want you satisfied! If you were not satisfied, our business could not grow.
3) Can I pay without paypal : you can pay with your visa card or master card... through paypal. You have to click on that link that says "pay with credit card" on the paypal page (watch out, the link is NOT easy to find). We know they ask you for a lot of imformation, and that's painful. But at the same time, as written in point 1) they would give you your money back if you were to be stolen, so, we think it's worth the little hassle
